Modification of RTBA network overhead areas

Since yesterday, the controlled airspace, named R45N was amended. It now goes to the floor and is active every day except the weekend.

Direct consequence. Takeoffs and flights are now banned all the week on the Hetchenberg site located between the towns of Volmerange les mines and Kanfen.
